幽门螺杆菌:缺乏与宿主共同进化更容易引起胃癌
研究结果表明缺乏与宿主共同进化的幽门螺杆菌更容易引起胃癌,把宿主与细菌的基因组放在一起分析,同单独分析相比,可以更好的预测胃癌的风险。这项工作是由美国 Vanderbilt 大学医学中心Pelayo Correa 和Scott Williams 领导的团队进行,论文发表在2014年1月份的Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences 期刊上(http://www.nature.com/news/human-microbe-mismatch-boosts-risk-of-stomach-cancer-1.14501)。
